Yanglan Ou

My name is Yanglan Ou, and I am a recent Ph.D. graduate in Information Sciences and Technology from Penn State University, where I was fortunate enough to be advised by Prof. Sharon Huang. I am actively seeking new opportunities as a research scientist or engineer.
Prior to my Ph.D., I earned my M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering at CMU in 2018, where I worked with Dr. Christoph Mertz. I obtained my B.E. in Electrical Engineering & Automation from Donghua University in 2016.
